I just got home from a chorus concert which was amazing. It reminded me of how important music is in my and everyone else's lives. It can be so uplifting and edifying, but it can also be used for great evil. I memorized a few church hymns a while ago including Called to Serve, The Spirit of God, Nearer my God to Thee, and many others. I'm excited that I have a musical gift that I can share with others and maybe even possible use in the future to help bring people onto Christ. I know that church hymns stand as a witness of the truthfulness of the gospel and can bring the spirit into a room.
I am also currently studying in Mosiah. I am trying to do the Hinckley challenge, but I am pretty far behind so i am trying to catch up. I am learning a lot of cool new things and have really gotten into highlighting my scriptures.
I really miss Arizona! :(
